: the November 1978 issue of
What's Up
, a free monthly music and entertainment newspaper covering the rock and pop scene around Boston, and possibly published by FM station WBCN. Devo appears on the cover, and there's a 1-1/4 page article on the band inside. The paper is from my own collection, and is in generally good condition, clean and smooth with no markings, tears, or creases, but the pulp newsprint is lightly yellowed with age.
